APPLICATIONS CERTIFICATION ANDAUTHORIZATION

The Undersigned Certify the following

1. I/We have applied for an apartment lease from Betimes Inc in applying for the lease; I/We completed an apartment application containing various information in income, assets and liabilities. I/We certify that all of the information is true and complete. I/We made no misrepresentation in the application or other documents, nor did I/we omit any pertinent information.

2. I/we understand and agree that Betimes Inc reserves the right to verify the information provided on the application with my/our employer(s) and or the financial institution(s).

To Whom It May Concern:

1. I/we have applied for an apartment lease from Betimes Inc. As part of the application process, Betimes Inc may verify information contained in my/our application and in other documents required in connection with the lease.
2. I/we authorized you to provide Betimes Inc any and all information and documentation that they request. Such information includes, but not limited to, reference check, employment history and income, bank, money market and similar account balances, credit history, and copies of income tax returns. Betimes Inc may address this authorization to any part named in application and credit reporting agencies.
3. A copy of this authorization may be accepted as an original.
